I saw the 80's pop thread and thought of this. I reminisced and in doing so I enjoyed Depeche Mode and The Cure.
Which made me think.

What kind of music do your kids listen to? This question refers to any age group

My daughter is 11 and she loves to listen to music and sing

I love all of these bands to, but most of all Blue October because I can relate to the singers life.

My Daughter is very MATURE for her age and I know all these bands.
Therefore, I am not to worried about the lyrics of the songs or the style pursued in the videos.

This is her individual style. So what I am doing is supporting her at this time.

oh ................ my 15 yr old son is a odd one , he listens to funny music , like .........wierd al yankovic and any parody he can find on the internet

my 13 yr old daughter is in to music in a big way. she is listening to .
My Chemical Romance, fallout boys and another which if i say here she wont talk to me again. lol . ok i will tell all, its .........lazytown. thats it i am now in trouble ( only joking )

My 22 year old listens to Rap (and) Rock & Roll some times.

My 42 year old (my biggest baby - lol) listens to Classic Rock.

my daughter is 11 as well and seh loves all of the badns you mentioned above and she also likes Beyonce, Jesse Mccartney, Ashley Tisdale, Ashlee Simpson, Jessica Simpson....and on and on and on..... she loves to sing!!! loves to play her music

he's almost 3.....9 more years before he listens to the good stuff i guess

well i dont have kids, but im 15, so you know. i listen to green day, nirvana, afi, sublime, wolfmother, three days grace, led zeppelin, operation ivy, imogen heap, the used, benassi bros, the doors, jefferson airplane, the beatles, evanescence, pink floyd, and stuff like that.
