Just buy the Johnson's baby lotions, shampoos and oils and use them as directed and you will be doing fine. Also, you should google baby skin care an they will tell you lots of little tips.

Remember, babies can get dry skin or rashes for no apparent reason. Cradle cap too. (Crusty scalp). These are not a result of you being a bad mother. Just use oils and lotions as recommended and baby should be fine. Also, this is old fashioned, but I was advised to put a thin coat of vaseline on my baby's cheeks when going out in cold or wind, it keeps them from drying out.

Have fun with your new baby!

Good ole fashioned bag balm, helps on diaper rash and dry skin, but baby oil and a comb helps the cradle cap, which only one of three of my kids had. If any have eczema, the pedi can give topical cream prescriptions.
