Puppy Bowl XI
Animal Planet's annual canine parody of the US Super Bowl is scheduled for this coming Sunday, February 1. It will play in the hours before the actual Super Bowl and then repeat through the evening for those who prefer puppies to the National Football League. This year they have changed the format by dividing the puppies into two teams, Team Ruff and Team Fluff. As usual, extra entertainment includes a feline halftime show. This iteration features “Katty Furry.” All the puppies and kittens in the program come from shelters and rescue organizations and are subsequently adopted. My dog  mastered the "fetch" command. He would communicate he wanted something, and I would fetch it.

I had to drop my cable last week, due to sky high prices. I will miss shows like these, but online may be an option. I'll have to check and see if that's an option! Those puppies are so adorable!

I can't watch the puppy bowl.
 I'm out of insulin and that much sweet causes diabetes.
