I ask just because we're about to get pounded. I love them... good mood, bad mood, whatever. Yeah... bring on the thunder and lightning!

You can have the thunderstorms. I don't like them I never have. I used to go away to summer camp and every year we had bad thunderstorms I practically cried the whole time.

I'm glad you like em cuz you can have em. LOL

I used to love a good storm, then this wicked witch named Katrina sat on top of us for about 14 hrs. No there was no thunder or lightning but now any storm makes me a bit anxious.

I remember when my brother was alive and we where at his summer home in Texas. We sat outside for the longest time watching the kind of lightening that stays in the clouds. This was at night and it was so beautiful.

I always like a good t-storm. I love the relaxing feeling of the rain hammering the top of the house and wind muscling up against the windows. I also love the bright flashes of light and loud claps of thunder that occur when I am in my bed. Anyone else love thunderstorms?

Love it! Thunder, lightning. It's really cool without the rain, too.

But hate wind - wind scares me for some reason. I probably did it to myself when I wrote a little story about the windchimes being a warning of foreboding. Now the sound of wind scares me and I live in the windy part of town. lol

I love thunderstorms...they are pretty and I love the sounds. I just love to sit at home or wherever and listen to the rain hit outside and listen to the rumbling thunder. I also love to sit outside, when its not rainng that is, and feel the heavy wind blowing my hair and me, while i look at the beautiful trees blowing and the kinda dark beautiful sky while this is all going on. I just love them!

Love thunder storms and wind to a degree. Especially if camping or in a cabin where it pings on the roof. I just snuggle down know I don't have to go any where. I love that cozy feeling.

I really enjoy them as long as no one gets hurt or flooded. Nothing like taking a nap during a thunder storm!

I never gave them much thought before but now that I live somewhere where they never occur, I miss them

I love them too goofygirl! They make me feel all cozy. I've always loved them. When I was a little girl my bed was under the slanted part of the roof so I could hear the rain pounding down and hear the thunder shaking the house, and now my bedroom in my flat is the same way. I love crawling into bed during a thunderstorm, with my lantern nearby just in case the power goes out, reading a good book and listening to the storm.

The only thing that interferes with my enjoyment of thunderstorms is my cat, Hank. He is TERRIFIED of thunderstorms. He yowls at the top of his voice. It takes me a while to get him calmed down, but once he's calm, he gets under the covers and curls up next to me. I love that.

The only storm I haven't enjoyed was Hurricane Juan. That scared the crap out of me. I thought the house was going to blow over.
