This is the beginning of a new day.
God has given me this day to use as I will.
I can waste it or use it for some good purpose,
But what I do with this day is important because I have exchanged one day of my life for it.
When tomorrow comes, today will be gone forever.
I hope I will not regret the price I paid for it.

New Day
You may have just inspired me to get up off my butt.
I think I'll print that out.

Not the get off my butt part but the New Day part. New Day

I hope your head's feeling better today.

I'm regretting having a cheeseburger and onion rings for dinner (and a Crunchie bar for dessert), and I wish I hadn't spazzed out and been late for my early morning meeting, but other than that I'm happy with what I did today. I got quite a lot accomplished at work, didn't lose my temper when committee members were irritating me, helped my sister make plans for our family Easter dinner, bought my kitty his favourite dinner, and initiated a friendly e-mail exchange with someone I had been angry with... That felt good. I also exercised some restraint and DIDN'T bring any work home with me tonight. I'm focusing on establishing and maintaining some balance between my career and personal life. New Day
