Have you checked if any of your meds might produce a rash as a side affect?

Niacin in high doses can produce rashes like that. What else are you taking?

Do you drink alcohol? Could be a drug reaction.

Does it appear at a certain time at night? Like have you noticed a pattern?

looks like some kind of rash, there are a number of things that can cause them... once I got a really bad rash all over my body made skin red and swollen in big patches, it itched so bad I took a lot of benydryl to endure it....never figured out what the cause was, and it did go away.

But if yours keeps reoccuring it could be meds like others have suggested or if you've started taking any supplements before it started...Also you said it happens a lot at night? Is this after you get into bed....it could be your sheets/blankets need a good washing since sometimes they can collect skin irritants.

Do you take your showers in the morning or night? Could just be a reaction to rubbing on your clothes.

Possibly an allergic reaction to something. Maybe something on your clothes?
