Marlee and I are going to the Barnum and Bailey Circus in a little while. I am so hoping they still do elephant rides so she can ride one. I tried my best to talk the people into letting me ride an elephant years ago and they said standard rules said adults couldnt ride them. Darn! I guess they couldn't tell I was a kid at heart!

We'll check in later. I've got enough money for cotton candy. Hurray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hugs,

Jan

Oh I hope the circus was fun. And yummy cotton candy. *mouth watering* I never got to ride an elephant either. I suppose I too will have to live vicariously. Hope you had a great time.

We are home and Marlee is sound asleep. She was thrilled except for one thing. They ran a jeep full of people over a strongman and she didn't appreciate that at all for some reason.

She loved the elephants the best. However, they didn't offer elephant rides this year. She cried and I felt guilty. A $10 snow cone cheered her right up though. (Guilt will make you part with your money very quickly!) Marlee And I Are Going To The Circus

She had cotton candy, something to drink, popcorn and the snow cone. She also got a huge, Dr. Suess size hat with the cotton candy. She had to go to the bathroom and I had my hand on top of her head steering her through the crowd. She was walking really funny and people were staring. I couldn't figure out what was wrong until I realized that her head is so tiny that the hat had completely covered her down to her shoulders! She couldn't see a thing! I wish all of you could have been there. It was great!!!!!!!! I am so tired yet so wired up!

Hugs,

Jan
