July 31st I quit cigarettes and started the e-cig. I started with 18mg (the equivelant to a pack a day) and today I began the lowest level of nicotine...3mg! I bought a 30ml bottle which should last me a while, long enough to prepare me for the leap of quitting smoking altogether.

YAY ME!!!
