Here are the steps:

1. Stand at the kitchen counter facing the TV
2. Flip on Wheel of Fortune
3. Get strawberries from fridge
4. Get peanut butter from fridge
5. Grab sesame crackers
6. Grab knife
7. Grab sugar out of cupboard (optional)
8. Cut tops off strawberries
9. Dip in sugar
10. Indulge
11. Spread peanut butter on crackers
12. Indulge
13. Shout puzzle answers at TV screen
14. Repeat
