Theres only 3 of us in our house. 2 of them say they hate my icecream... BUT someone is eating my icecream hahaahahhahahahha Whats your favorite? MINE is chocolate with peanut butter bits.. By the way, yes there is bacon icecream with pieces of bacon in it for those of you bacon lovers, saw it the other day at a specality shop.... not my thing lol

Right now my favorite ice cream is chocolate ganache & coffee....& put them together in the blender & YUM.
I have also become creative now that I need to eat puree foods & got a wonderful ninja chopper/puree processor.....I had some red velvet oreo cookies left over I didn't remember having before my oral surgery...so instead of giving them away, I put them in the food processor...chopped them up really fine & threw in some of the really good pure vanilla bean ice cream......ok.....that was heavenly & the ice cream was still thick like one of those thick shakes.....also did it with the chocolate mint oreos yesterday & vanilla ice cream.......ok....in heaven.

I like making banana splits, they're so delicious!
Ben and Jerry's fudge brownie is really good. I enjoy plain chocolate too sometimes. Love coffee icecream! Oh and how could I forget, spumoni!

I would have to say that my favorite is plain old vanilla. Yes, I'm a pretty boring person.

What I like about vanilla is that it's neutral & I can put all kinds of different toppings on it....I love berry toppings (some of that goes well with chocolate)...also caramel & or course Hot Chotolate & I do love fresh fruit (berries mostly) spooned over the vanilla ice cream.....for me it blends best with all different toppings.....& it mixes well in shakes with different cookie that are crushed & blended together.

I don't really have a favorite flavor; I guess the closest would be mint, but I think the best ice cream I've had was green tea. Don't really eat ice cream; not much for sweet things.

Since I'm allergic to animal dairy, I don't have as much choice as you guys when it comes to ice cream flavors. The favorite I have now is a chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream made from coconut milk.

I can eat just ice cream but with this ninja thing I got to be able to puree the rest of my foods so I can eat them, there are times when I just throw the ice cream in there.....chocolate ganache & coffee & then throw some malt in there......ok, that's heaven.
My latest creation....LOL...I had some of those red velvet oreo cookies left over from valentines day that I forgot I had then I had oral surgery & couldn't eat them.....so I threw them into the ninja & made them really fine & they threw in the vanilla ice cream.....yummy....so I got other oreo cookie flavors.....the original oreo, the chocolate mint (I like this the best), & they the cookie dough oreo (a new one I saw)......grind them up fine & throw in the ice cream & if you like malt....add that in.....that creates wonderful flavors & makes just plain vanilla a little bit different. I took this to a friends house the other night for our desert....they all enjoyed it.....have to get creative when I can't eat normal foods any longer after major oral surgery & not being able to tolerate dentures until I can get the implants done......but it gives me a chance to get creative rather than fall into my anorexia which would be sooo easy to do.
