Ladies you’ve just “discovered” this little man in your purse! Besides your obvious reactions of shock, disbelief, and wonder-----> based on what you know about how Organized your purse is (Or Not) -----> what kind of journey has he most likely been on while trying to find his way out?
disclaimer: this guy now has a whole new appreciation for how hard it is for women to carry such purses!

Hehe, I don't care a purse! I carry a backpack.

People laugh at me for the huge amount of stuff I have in my pack, BUT whenever someone wants something they say "Ask Liz. She'll have it in her bag!"

what kind of an experience would the little man have in my pack?

Well, it would depend on which section of the pack he found himself in. One compartment has pens, pencils, a comb and a calculator. It's pretty organized and likely boring.

The second compartment has my checkbook (NO FAIR WRITING ANY CHECKS!!!), bills that need to be paid and my meds. Again, kinda boring. The meds are OTC stuff, no "fun" drugs.

For both of these compartments it would be a simple climb over the stuff to get out.

For the third compartment, I hope he's wearing body armor to protect himself. Its got a softcover book, a hardcover book (can you tell I like to read?), my wallet (leave my money alone!), drawing supplies, digital camera (I like to stop and take pics when I'm driving), a stack of CDs in their cases and probably a bunch of other stuff.
Climbing out of this compartment would be a challenge, especially if I picked the bag up. Stuff tends to shift around a lot.

++++
I can't vote in the poll since I don't have a purse.

LOL!!! Liz Lady, I absolutely Love your answer & I'm cracking UP reading it! And from your description of the *grins* Many Rooms in your Back Pack, not one of these seems boring At All!! I'd love the one compartment where I can calculate on your Calculator, which at my size would be like calculating on a High Def Screen! And who said Math isn't fun! . As for the other compartments, each seems chock full of Adventures! However, the "shifting of contents" including me, would be quite the Avalanche like experience! And its not even snowing in there...I think!?? lol!
Thanks for this!

I recently put my stuff from one HEAVY purse into my new pretty one. I threw away a bunch of papers, and, after I transferred all my stuff, I was amazed at how light it was! People kept telling me I needed to clean out my purse because it was so heavy, and I told them I needed everything in it, except the loose change that fell out of my change purse and then accumulated over time. When everything was removed, only the change was left. The old purse was still very heavy, all because of that change, and the new one was so light!

But is it organized, you want to know? Sort of. I keep my mini-notebook, comb, wallet and some other things on one side of the middle zippered pouch, rubber gloves (yes, really, because I have OCD, lol!), tissues, and feminine products on the other. In the pouch, I keep a small flashlight and extra batteries (because I have panic disorder and could go into a panic attack if the lights go out wherever I am). In one zippered pocket I keep a compact mirror, a generic Xanax pill, just so I have one if I forget to take it before I leave, Advil, and peppermints I grab on the way out of restaurants . I keep coupons in the front pocket, a lipstick in the back pocket, and nothing in two smaller, zippered pockets on the sides of the front. Oh! And my keys and cell phone go in pockets inside the bag.

It's not as organized as I'd like, because I'd have all kinds of pockets and pouches if I designed a purse, but it wouldn't be nearly as nice as the ones other people design.

I will only wear pants/jeans that have pockets. IF I have to wear a dress and don't have pockets, money goes in shoe under toes and license and credit card goes in bra with car key. What more would I need?
Thanks for this!

Haha...Wow! You have an interesting system for carrying your Money & Key essentials when you wear a dress (without pockets). I'm thinking that if you're in a hurry, at my size, I'd best not be sitting on or near your money! Lol! But...I could see myself not letting go of your credit card when you grab it and stash it! *blushing* ;-)
Thanks for this!

You would not believe the number of times I've had someone say "Do you need some help putting that back?" It's definitely a conversation starter. LOL

My purse is about 7" x 8" x 1". So there's no room but he can hang on to the straps if he wants to swing.

Wow! Your purse is such that at my size, i could even carry it, instead of being carried in it! Lol! But given the choice of riding the straps, i'm thinking that may turn into one of those situations where instead of a leisure ride, (knowing how Murphy's Law works, ha), i'll find myself hanging on for dear life! I see you pack lightly though! :-)
Thanks for this!

Purses tell stories don't they?? Mine is fairly organized except for receipts getting creamed in there. Every 6 months or so I purge the purse and later curse b/c some vital item like Chapstick or eyeglass cloth got lost.
Thanks for this!
