I like natural peanut butter. You know the kind where the only ingredient is (believe it or not)
peanuts. There is nothing in the jar but mashed up peanuts! Ya it's all gooey and you have to stir it up. I keep mine in the fridge. It's a great source of protein, vitamins, minerals and fiber. Heck, you can live off of it with an occasional carrot and banana. One night I fell asleep in my bed while eating peanut butter right out of the jar with a spoon. What a mess I woke up to! It kind of gave a new meaning to bed spread ![]() True story. |

Oh! I forgot to tell you another good thing about natural peanut butter.
You don't have to brush your teeth after you eat it! There is no sugar and junk in it and it's actually good for your gums and enamel. Sometimes I give my teeth an overnight "treatment", if you will. I don't recommend the chunky style for that though... |

it's funny you should post this thread, because i was talking to someone on here earlier about how certain foods can make us ill (if they cone from diffrent shops) for example, sausage rolls from 1 shop may taste great, but from another it's dreadful and makes you so ill same with brands bacon is 1 that i have it with a lot. i used to love the bacon i got, but now the shop that i order from has a horrible brand and it tastes nothing like bacon at all |
