does anyone know how i can subscribe to word press

without actually creating a website/ blog/ what ever else

i'm following some blogs their, and when i comment on the blog posts what i'd love to be able to do is use my name, not my email address. (because anyone can get that)

I don't think you can. :/ Most websites require you to sign up and confirm. Theoretically it helps keep automated spam bots away, but their effectiveness is debatable.

well looks like i'll have to sign up normally then (get a blog or site), then i can post comments properly

Should be able to. Worst case, you can just delete the blog immediately after signing up: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
