But am not at all excited about this or looking forward to it. I'm going on an orchestra mission trip to another country so theoretically this should be fun.
may be my depression trying to spoil the fun

Just take it as a little breath. Last week I had to see a client out of my city. I had to fly and see him. It just was a day travelling to the other side of the country but it was a little breath out of work. I was out of myself just for some moments, doing something different. It was nice.
Thanks for this!

Breath in and out. Vacation. No preoccupying and be unoccupied.

Theoretically, it's a whole bunch of millions of things. Hope you have a great time there.
Thanks for this!

I always get nervous to travel, but I always find once I am where I am going I can have a good time if I allow myself.
Thanks for this!
