What's your favorite comfort food or food that makes you feel "at home". For me it's anything Italian since we are Italian and my mom cooks a lot of that. We're having homemade chicken Parmesan and pasta tomorrow, can't waitComfort Food

Homemade fried potatoes fixed in a cast iron skillet. My Mom used to fix it for me along with homemade biscuits, fried apples, fried eggs, bacon, gravy, jams and jellies. Oh how I wish I could have some of her fried potatoes!

Boiled elbow maccarroni mixed with eggs and a little pepper and fried until brown and crispy. My dad made it for me whenever I was sick, or if it was just a late night, and we were tired. Most people find the concept kind of yucky, but it always makes me feel good.

My favorite is poor man stew. It's super easy to make with only three ingredients: potatoes, corned beef, and onions.

I also like my mom's spaghetti.
