Well, after a weekend of intense pain from the filling I had a month ago, I was able to get to see my dentist first thing this morning and she performed an emergency root canal. It really wasn't so bad though I was totally focused on hubby rubbing and holding my feet.
I kind of feel this whole thing could of been avoided if an x-ray had just been taken the first time I went to the dentist, but what do I know. I have to go back for the real thing in two weeks. Dentist says I won't need sedation ![]() I'm now drinking coffee through a straw because the one side of my mouth and lips are as dead as a door nail. Grief, it feels weird.

Hugs!
![]() Good for you for taking care of your teeth. I find that when I'm having a long period of anxiety or depression, the idea of going to the dentist starts to seem impossible. I had been meaning to call to make a dental appointment, and your post just reminded me to do that. Thanks! |
