August 31st marks one month cigarette free! AND after less than a month of using the e-cig, I've gone from 18mg to 12mg. I hope to become nicotine free by no later than New Year's. YAY ME!

Good for you! I know its not true for everybody, but the smokers dont make it to 60. Almost all my ex-bfs from high school have passed. Now their younger brothers are going. I heard of two boys from my old block just this month.

Great job! I'm right behind you, I have gone from a pack a day to only 5 cigarettes per day. Mainly vaping all in about 2 weeks time. I hope to be completely cigarette free by the second week in September.
