I work in fast food and I don't know what to eat on my breaks. Lately I've eaten fast food as it's the only thing nearby unless I want to brave the lines at starbucks, but this is way too unhealthy and time consuming and I want to spend my entire break alone and not waiting on a meal.

There are no refrigerators or microwaves at my work, so I am looking for things to eat that won't spoil in extreme heat, or, in winter, extreme cold.

Any suggestions?

All I can think of is a sandwich. Dried fruit and some nuts on the side.

There are pre-made chicken and tuna salad kits available with crackers and a little spoon. There is a spicy chicken one that I really like.
Fruit
You could get a thermos and bring soup.
Thanks for this!

Could you bring a little lunch box that's a cooler? My husband has one and it keeps all his stuff nice and cold. Also he works outside a lot so in the summer and winter sometimes I freeze water bottles and gateraids. By lunch time the gateraid is like a slushy and the water is nice and cold.

Get a lunch bag that had ice packs inside or coolers and buy containers with ice packs then you can eat whatever
