I picked up some mandala coloring books at a Michael's or Hobby Lobby for between $1.99-4.69. Really nice patterns too. Perhaps this will help.

That sounds awesome!

What sort of things do you all use for the coloring? Crayons? Colored pencils? Markers? Not sure what I should use.

AstridLovelight, I would say use whatever feels right to you. Some times I use crayons. Some times I use colored pencils. Some times I use markers. Depends on what I feel like using that day.

I love coloring. Always have. Some of my earliest memories consist of coloring not only in my own coloring books but those of my two brothers as mine were all colored in already. I always loved the bright rainbows of colors in a box of Crayola crayons and would be super excited whenever I got a new box. Ah that new crayon smell.

I have some Disney coloring books I still use and even a My Little Pony one. Yes, I am a Pegasister!

I received my coloring book in yesterday's mail. I bought a pack of 50 colored pencils this morning. I foresee many hours of calming fun ahead! I am in love with coloring in my book & I highly recommend it as a stress-reducer
