Is there any where that you can donate old newspapers to be used for reference purpose ?

I have checked with three and heard back from two of them that they do not take them.

Have you tried local school? If anything, they can use them for arts and crafts

Every state and county (and usually city) has a historical society.

I have another question you have a mortgage that the mortgage company is going to foreclose on but you have a pending mortification that you will know the results of in a week plus a lawyer working on the problem can they still foreclose ?
