Election Day is today in Canada.

It doesn't matter whether you use D-day (to go with H-hour),
E (as in election)-day, or V (as in vote)-day; what does
matter is that you get out there and cast your ballots.

("Hey hey! Ho ho! Stephen Harper's gotta go, hey hey! Ho Ho!")

I'm not Canadian but D-day and V-day have big understandings around the world regarding WWII and Veterans... so I'd say go with Eday!

I voted. Get out the vote!

But I noticed glaring problems at the polling station. It was not handicapped accessible and they did not let a lady in with her service dog. Instead she had to get someone to watch her scooter and dog while she painfully limped in to cast her ballot. I was furious.
