Technically I'm 42. All my old sports injuries started rearing their ugly heads at around 37 so my body feels a bit older (arthritis from damaging my hands, bad hip, back issue, hernia, etc.). But my mind is still as spry as ... wait ... what were we talking about?

I was born the year that the Beatles song "All you need is love" was number one in the UK. My body is in my 60s, emotionally I'm in my late teens / early 20s but my driving license says I'm 48. Thankfully not the photo card one where I still have my frizzy 80s perm.....
