Sleeping early? I am GUILTY as charged.

Some nights I am in bed by 730pm. I can't help it. Most mornings I am up by 5am. I try to force myself to stay awake - and have no problem if I am out or with anyone else but when I'm alone all I want to do is crawl into bed.

I relate. Are there other ways you could keep yourself preoccupied at night? Such as music, browsing websites, something creative, something relaxing, etc.

I will be up all night tonight. Maybe I'll go to the chat room.
