Sometimes some people forget your value or they don't really know that you're valuable too. 😐

There are many types of monsters that scare me: Monsters who cause trouble without showing themselves, monsters who abduct children, monsters who devour dreams, monsters who suck blood... and then, monsters who tell nothing but lies. Lying monsters are a real nuisance: They are much more cunning than others. They pose as humans even though they have no understanding of the human heart; they eat even though they've never experienced hunger; they study even though they have no interest in academics; they seek friendship even though they do not know how to love. If I were to encounter such monsters, I would likely be eaten by them... because in truth, I am that monster.

Do you feel the same too? Did you experience it too? Then what will you do?

Yes, I have experienced it too. Your self worth and esteem have to come from within. The older I get the less I care about what anyone thinks or feels about me. I care about how I feel about me. Depression and other MI can affect your self esteem. If you are the best person you can be, then be proud of who you are and it won't matter who does or does not see it. One good thing to do is give yourself credit for every little achievement. It will not fix your MI, but it can help in recovery.

Yes.. I'm doing that..giving credit to what I achieve. But sometimes its good to have attention to someone you care the most. and sometimes I cant get out of my mind of what people will think about what I am doing.
