I don't know I just I feel nervous if I speak English in front of many people. I feel that my grammar is wrong.. blah blah blah.. they will laugh at me.. Hmmm.. My brother and sister, they are good in speaking english. I dont know.. maybe thats why I cant find a job. they always pick to those who have excellent english skill.

But I know..I know.. someday I can. I need to practice more.

Exactly, practice. We had a guy working with us who didn't speak English really well, but nobody made fun of him. Actually ... we mostly made fun of how messed up the English language really is.

As an English only speaker, I often feel embarrassed talking to someone whose first language is not English---because I feel like such an idiot for not knowing any other language, because I feel stupid if I don't understand them, I hate to ask people to repeat themselves, and I think they are so much braver, smarter, more in touch with the world than I am----but, I want them to talk to me...
so, hang in there, you will be fine, you already are.
