Depends on whether you use the lunar calendar or the Gregorian calendar. If you look at the little place mats in the Chinese restaurants, I'm an Ox. But in 1973, my birthday actually fell into the year of the Rat. So technically I'm a Rat. But I've got traits of both actually.

According to the eastern zodiac I was born in the year of the HORSE. Apparently 2016 is supposed to be a stable year for us horses - I'm still waiting for that.

Another rabbit here.
It's only twelve but kinda hard to keep track of. In my country, not in China, some people go to a shrine to get rid of the bad lucks that comes with the year, so for me it's not something to look forward to, just saying. Mayan Calender, whatever happened to that? |

I'm so sorry, I provided the wrong fact, it had nothing to do with what animal you are, celebrate that all you want.
What I was talking about comes from this: For men: 25,42,61 For women: 19,33,37,61 The website I'm looking at doesn't quite say why you get bad luck at above age, another bad luck year for me is kinda close, interesting that women gets more bad luck, isn't it? Hmm...so 2016, if your animal is monkey, then you have positive and upbeat personality and you're smart, sometimes too smart for your own good. This is from another website I'm looking at.
