I am bipolar strong. I feel as if I have "overcome" my illness, not in its entirely but I manage it very well and I have grown immensely as a person thanks to my diagnosis. I want to be a mental health advocate, not as a career but more as a volunteer. I want to share my story and be of help to other people who are struggling.

This is a rough outline for a presentation to give for a small audience. The only problem is getting my feet through the door.

Take a look and see what you think

Sounds like a worthy goal. That address is a file on your computer and we can't access it.

Try uploading the file to a file sharing site, or perhaps a cloud service.
