I found this awesome Youtube channel called "School of Life". They talk about everything from relationships to history, and it's all common-sense, logical stuff. They do have quite a few videos about mental health, and one in particular which I like called the "Sanity of Madness" is about how it's okay to go a little crazy every now and then and how doing things sometimes that don't necessarily completely make sense is good for you.

Yep that is a great channel. 'School for life' was started by philosopher Alain de botton. He talks a lot of sense. I have seen quite a few of his lectures online. Also there are a lot of interesting TED talks. Also check out 'action for happiness'
