Lita has entered a squirrel gettin' training school. Her frustration at not being able to get one has caused her so much anxiety and stress that I enrolled her in a nationally famous academy and her calls home report that she is doing well. She caught a moth yesterday.

Fayeroe is hurt. Deeply hurt. I was given a beautiful sofa and I won't let her lie on it. I got her a nice bed and she has rejected it. She is in therapy for "separation anxiety". Seems she always thought the sofas would be hers. The therapist says it is going to take awhile, but she plenty to work with.

TeddyJack is really confused about the neighbor who teases him through the fence. So, me, myself and I, put up a 6 foot privacy fence to protect Jack. It has calmed down somewhat and the next thing is for me to "not get mad, get even".....I'm thinking about stealing a cantaloupe or two from his garden.....that is if I can get over the fence and quietly. I tend to scream when I hurt myself.

Mikee has really upset a local Mockingbird and is constantly in fear of the kamikaze attacks. And this Mockingbird means business. Well, most Mockingbirds mean business. Mikee is wearing a little football helmet now to protect his head.

Timmee sleeps and eats.

Pearl is still neurotic and paranoid. She was born that way and we've lived together since 1999 and she still reacts every time she sees me. I'm going to check into kitty xanax soon.

I personally would like to build my pets their own wing on the house, but that would probably be a waste of time b/c they would all probably be over here anyway.

ohhhhhhhhhhh. i can't be out of my pet's sight........a separate wing, unless it had bolt locks, wouldn't work here.....we have an open living space and they sprawl all over. i feel like i'm working out in those tires that football players use...step here, jump, step, jump........and sometimes timmee critizes the height of my knees when i'm jumping........

I knew I was your daughter........I have cat "spunky" was thrown out a car window. NUrsed him back to health, A little Learning disables going on but love him all the same.
April older cat ..who lives up stairs is the queen. She only comes down to eat, But only as far as french doors, Other side of the house upstairs lives "tommy" my sisters cat. He is a loner. But cute.
Back to down stairs we have our dog. 10 mth old puppy. Very little,"Mr T or buddy as i call him: Suppose to be maltis ahhhhhhhh vet said NO.LOL But we love him anyways, Happy to see you in morning, happy to see you when you come from upsstairs, Just plain happy. LOL runs in circles.
outside in mud room lives the guinea pig. elvis of course.
Then in various placees are fish tanks. 3 i think. could be more lost count. On kitchen sink is my fish, Gee hope hes still there!
could be other animals hiding, As my daughter keeps bringing them home.

I have two pets...one betta red fish called "small fry" and a black and white canary named "Aviery". I loss enough hair myself without having fur bearing pets in the house. I just have to clean up bird seed, feathers and fins...It keeps me busy.

My pets are such a handful and such a joy at the same time!
I had birds in the past, Mojo..the African Gray was a talented talker but got so mean, biting the blood from me...I really wanted him, and loved his mimicking and vocabulary, but also very messy! I sold him to a lady who was home all time with an "empty nest." He resented my being gone to work all day and that's the reason he got so mean!
This new pup I have, "Henry," said by the vet to be 99% Golden Retriever, is getting so big, but still thinks she's little and can get in your lap. I think the other 1% is "West Virginia Brown Dog!" She's very sweet and goofy and wallows the yellow coon cat, which the cat actually invites!
Pets add so much to life, don't they!

Yah...I was surprised to find out canaries come in different colors...I thought they were all yellow. They are solitary creatures so are fine while you work all day with a radio on...and as far as birds go are minimally messy. Aviery is always happy to see me. She is singing now which is rare in the females...but she had been listening to classical music for a whole year and the first time she heard electric guitar she broke into trilling. Not long after singing...cool!!!

My fish is a long liver...I have had him for almost 5 years. I antagonize him everyday...makes him put his gills up and get all tough. It makes betas live longer...so I bang on his tank everyday and sometimes I use a chopstick and give him a little whirling dervish in his tank...just to excite him. You know what men are like...they need a bit of excitment once in a while.lolol...shhh

One time I had crickets as pets...they ran all around the house and they don't eat much...they make nice cricket music...they are cheap to buy and cheap to keep. Slowly they got quieter and quieter, until finally I thought "Hmp...I haven't heard a cricket for a long time...waz up with that?" Then out from under the couch walks the biggest spider I have ever seen. The spider walked out, stopped and burped ... just before he became a splotch. I have reformed now and I have stopped squashing bugs...but for a long time in life...no bug ever lived around me.

i have a wren nesting in a Boston Fern.....when i arose from my bed of rose petals this morning, i looked out my kitchen window and what did i see???????????

Mikee, in a little kitty camoflauge (sp) suit, sneaking across the bricked patio, really small butterfly net in one hand....straight towards the fern....it's about 5 feet off the ground.

i turned into a screaming banshee, long white nightgown and sword, and leapt through the screen door and threw the bamboo gate open and assumed the warrioress stance. Mikee looked me up and down and said, "moi?"....

he's on house arrest til the babies hatch.
