I am actually thinking about cleaning out my purse. I don't know why I thought you should know, but I had to tell someone.
 What do you do when you're bored?

I listen to music or something and I come on PC and play games. It's too quiet today! I'm a little bored too. Cleaning out your purse? Hmm, maybe I should too.

 When I'm that bored, I come on here and hope to find someone to chat with, but now that I think of it, it's always fun to clean out my purse. You never know what I might find in it!

I usually come on here, heehee.
But when Im not doing that, there is a toolbar called stumbleupon that doc john mentionioned on the site that is quite a good time waster. It just takes you to random pages voted on by people. All sorts of different stuff. The sites www.stumbleupon.org. I do know the bored thing. IT seems sometimes if I dont have constant entertainment i am bored out of my mind with my supershort attention span. |

When I'm bored, I find something to read.
Failing that, I channel surf. Failing that, I go shopping or take myself out somewhere nice for dinner. Beyond that, no suggestions, sorry. I can't ever be bored enough to clean. LOL Candy |

Like Candybear...I have no money for shopping. But I have started tiling my front porch...another home improvement project, and have managed to glue down some tiles. I also got out and walked this morning in the cool air. I need to go buy some clothes for my school job, as I'm looking frumpy and like a bag lady lately, but can't bring myself to do so, as I'd have to use my credit card!

Well, I mopped the kitchen and the bathroom. I cleaned out my purse and tried to put everything in a smaller one. It didn't work at all. So, almost everything was put back in the first purse.
I dusted a litle bit and also baked a spice carrot cake. I can see the computer screen pretty well, but I can't read a book because of the scratches on my corneas. I have the feeling I'll be going to bed early. The annual Regatta is taking place this weekend, so I can't really move my car or I'll have no place to park when I get back. Everyone comes here to park and there aren't enough spaces for the residents, much less festival goers.

Not me!!! With my luck, I would have landed outside the pool from halfway down the slide!! OUCH!
Did you read that it took those guys SEVEN days to contruct that thing?? That's about as bad as when Jerry and I went away for a long weekend and left my daughter in charge. My boys and a couple more from the neighborhood dug a TUNNEL under the "fort" in the back yard. GAWD!! That thing could have caved in on them!! They still talk about it! Good cake, Jan! Thanks!

I miss the old chat gang too!!
The computer tends to kill my boredom until I've read everything I want to read. Then I'll usually crochet for a bit. I do clean when I'm bored too haha. Hmm, maybe thats why my apartment is clean!

When I am home and bored I will look in some quilt magazines to get an idea of a new project to start. If I am at work, like now, I go on line, like now, sometimes I play games on pogo.com.
