Sad Queen, what we think about or dwell upon we allow to enter our thoughts and eventually we act out on them and become them. I have found that keeping a journal and writing five things each day that i am grateful for, that over time it grows and is a joy. We are so busy we forget what we have or have recieved or been blessed with. Try it , it does work... Blessings and tc
Thanks for this!
