Since working at a big box store I've seen that all it takes for a black or Mexican or whatever to be accepted and treated in a friendly way is to be respectful and act with humility. So I try now to be that way.

I just saved this article with a 1 hour clip, to return back to. It's an important watch and it's an important discussion to have. From the brief article, minute 34 is where the caller calls into C-Span.
