Do you get any subscription boxes? Do you like them?

I used to get Eco-Emi (they're no longer around, sadly). There were a couple great finds in there for me, but a bunch of stuff that I didn't/couldn't use. The packaging was always *gorgeous* though, and it really did feel like someone sending me a present to open up every month.

I'm thinking about trying out a new box as a "be nice to me" thing (b/c life is stressful right now, and I could a treat!). But I don't really want a make-up box, and I'm super picky with food (trying to stick to a mostly paleo-type diet). Hmmm...

So, I'm curious - any boxes that you love?

Does a razor a month in my mail count?

But seriously this could be great. I'm looking for a list!
Thanks for this!

I used to subscribe to ipsy (cosmetics). It was fun for a while, but then I moved and decided not to renew.

Our daughter is obsessed with all things Japanese, so we get her the Doki Doki crate. Lots of neat little things in there, but I think it's more geared towards kids.

Thanks Dan208, that sounds like such a neat thing to do for your daughter!

My internet is still out - it's been 6 whole days now. I work from home, this is ridiculous and feels like it's turning my life upside down.

Talked to my boss today who told me to use my work cell phone as a data hotspot, so that's how I'm getting online now. I can't do much (have to watch data usage) but at least I can access the web and keep my life on track. I'm still really livid about everything going on with my internet connection though (really long story, but ugh - horrible!)

I ended up grabbing one of the current (Fall!) FabFitFun boxes. (Sorry for not providing links, again - trying to save data by not loading all the pages - should be easy to find with google if you're curious). I liked the review on MySubscriptionAddiction (I think that was the site) - and they had a code for $10 off. It's just a little something nice for myself, I don't think I'll keep up the subscription but the fall box looked pretty nice (it includes a scarf and sticky yoga socks!)

I really do love the idea of subscription boxes though! I'd love to find a pretty reasonably priced one with stuff that works well for me (I'm a bit weird and picky) that I could get every month.

Ohh... and for anyone still reading... Walmart has a "beauty box" that is only $5, offered quarterly. If you want something on the cheap side to surprise yourself with a couple times a year, you might check it out! I didn't end up getting it, b/c I didn't think I'd use a lot of the stuff they send, but it might be a fun thing to try.

Thanks, hope everyone is having a better week than me!
