My education. And today I escaped to a nice coffee shop and stayed late into the evening, writing, and I had a very good cappuccino. I felt a little bit less empty after that.

it's pizza tuesday so get to have my meat feast
nothing else really I don't think.. it's just good it's tuesday I suppose well, I suppose it's not too warm, and the sun's not that great for my depression (but it is shineing), and i'm suffering a bit |

I am grateful that I slept until 4:45 as that is 3 hours longer than the night before.

I am grateful I got into town and back twice,though I forgot my card and had to go home again and get it,I am grateful I had enough money for a round trip by cab to collect it and didn't have to struggle in agony walking to and from bus stops.

I am grateful for my husband's thoughtfulness, patience and gentleness. I've had a bit of a strange day following a Drs consultation, and I've been introspective while trying to distract myself with busyness - he just bent down and kissed me on the top of my head and thanked me for a lovely meal.

-The rain.
-My therapist. She is so professional and fair, and she truly helps me. -I went to the library and got a bunch of cool books and DVDs. -I cancelled my audible account. The woman I spoke with was really nice and helpful. |
