Anyone fond of wax melts or oil diffusers, candles, all that stuff, etc.

I have a lotion from Bath and Body Works that's supposed to relieve stress, it smells wonderful.

Currently melting Cinnamon Coffee Cake scented wax , it smells amazing too.

I find nice smells good for relaxing.

I have many Bath and Body Collections, Magic in the Air is currently my favorite. I love lotions and candles from them. The bubble bath collections that they have are great too.

I am currently burning some Native American Incense to calm my nerves. It's a great help. I am a firm believer in Aromatherapy.

Great thread!

Same here - of course, I've been told recently it, aromatherapy, and any other "non-conventional therapy or medicine" is just "quackery" - so maybe I am crazier than I thought I was, cuz by George, I could swear for the past 5yrs until I ran out of my rose oil this last time, I was doing great...then again...maybe it was all in my head, ya think?

I'm an essential oils person myself as well. A drop of lavender oil under my nose helps me sleep soundly and rosemary oil seems to help me focus. I don't know the science behind all this but I definitely think it's something worth doing. Scented lotions are great too.

Me too. Love essential oils. And oil-based perfumes from etsy....

I put lavender oil on my pillow...

Whatever doesn't hurt, I'll try it. And if I think it works, then it works...

I smudge too - sage, cedar, pine, and sweetgrass.
Thanks for this!
