So I've been trying to get back into guitar recently. I might be getting some guitar lessons soon but I dont know. It's a maybe. Its something my therapist might be able to help me with. With getting me some help with the guitar. So I dont know. Dont know if things are gonna get any better with therapy but might as well try it I guess. Well I dont know if things will get any better for me. Im feeling pretty hopeless. So I dont know. There's a lot on my mind and I'm not sure what to do. I just feel pretty hopeless about everything.

((((ExplodingSun56)))) You can get better, even if you don't think so right now. I say go for the guitar lessons. Music is a wonderful therapy.

Many if not most people feel therapy can't fix them I think. It's a slow process when it does work and it doesn't always help unfortunately.....but trying is HUGE....so pat yourself on the back for that. Learning to master an instrument is great therapy so I think you are on to something there. So many people think or say to themselves "therapy won't work" so they do t even try....you are trying and that says everything!

Keep up with therapy and go for the guitar lessons. Learning something is an accomplishment in itself. I feel happy when I learn something on the guitar.
