I have started buying organic milk. When I bought the normal kind it would be spoiled by the date on the carton. With the organic, it lasts good for several months after the date. I spend more but throw away less.
Ah, here if you have goats milk (supposing same laws for cows) you can sell the milk unpasturized for feeding baby goats (cows) but after you buy it for that purpose you can do whatever you want with it. It just cant be sold with the "purpose" being human consumption. If you have your own goat or cow, you can do whatever you want with the milk for yourself
