question: how do you like your bacon?
fried?, grilled? does it matter? personally I prefer crispy bacon so I like it fried I find you can get it a lot crispier that way |

 I am careful not to cook to much at one time--I like every bit of it to be crispy but not in the least bit burned/no black bits

It should only be fried. I prefer it a little soft and chewy.
