So I'm a bit of a Marvel nerd.

I almost fainted when I watched the new trailer for Ragnarok and I saw Homecoming twice. My sister usually has to keep me hushed in movie theaters and I watched Avengers 4 times when I was in the hospital. Unfortunately, I have come to know that my infatuation with comic book characters (mainly Loki) has become a teensie bit unhealthy.

It started early 2016 when I was in the hospital and looking for things to lean on. I describe it as an emotional crutch that I never could kick. I know he's the villain but I can't shake this horrible burden of a crush. This is a meaningless thread, but I felt the need to profess my love of a fictional character on this humid summer night. Anyway, feel free to chat about your fictional crushes. This is a SAFE THREAD for anyone to talk about their embarrassingly non-existent love interests.
I will elaborate on Loki *squee* if requested or if I get bored enough.

Li-Ming (Diablo 3 female wizard):



Li-Ming is the character that you play as if you play a female wizard in Diablo 3 despite being able to name your characters anything. She is additionally playable in the Blizzard MOBA Heroes of the Storm, as well as a character in a Diablo based short story "Firefly".

Li-Ming, the Rebellious Wizard, is a ranged assassin hero from the Diablo franchise. It’s a generally agreed upon fact of life among the denizens of Sanctuary that wizards and magical mayhem are never far apart. Although she understands people’s concerns, Li-Ming is entirely unapologetic for the destruction in her wake. She delights in unleashing devastating spells on her foes from afar, then teleporting away to frustrate her enemies’ attempts at striking back. Small minds may fear this kind of power, but Li-Ming wields the arcane forces of the universe with confidence and unmatched skill (Heroes of the Storm Gamepedia).

While Li-Ming is from the Diablo universe, her personality truly shows in Heroes of the Storm; both in her voicelines and even her playstyle. She is always cocky and arrogant to people. She likes showing off her power and doesn't give a damn what others think. Her playstyle reflects her recklessness due to her being one of the lowest health pool characters, one of the hardest to master, yet potentially one of the most powerful. If mastered, she is easily one of the most notoriously deadly characters in that game with the ability to single handily decimate the enemy team with her extremely high burst damage spells. In fact, she has the potential to be able to do the highest amount of damage out of any character in that game if you can aim her spells right since all of her abilities refresh their cooldowns upon getting an enemy takedown.

So yeah, this character is awesome and I a powerful woman haha

Also, I will admit: if I could be any character in mythology or in the Marvell universe, I would probably be Loki. I've gotten compared to him more than once by other people and I took a few of those personality quizzes that compare your personality to a fictional character and I always get Loki.

I like his cunning devious nature and his abilities. I watched that one Thor movie (I forgot the name of it) where he faked his death and took over the throne and I thought that was freaking brilliant.

My most desired super powers IRL are either mind control or some type of power that corrupts people's senses so that I can cause chaos and take over the world so you can see why I get compared to him.

Used to have a crush on each of the Sailor Moons. Lol. Doesnt help that everytime they change into their cosutmes they get naked.

What a coincidence! I have a crush on Tom Hiddleston as Loki as well (but not normal Tom Hiddleston...I'm a weirdo).

As far as anime characters go, Yuno Gasei from future diary is mine.

Psycho girls are freaking hot. I would give anything to be stalked by some sexy psycho killer who would fight for me no matter what and kill anybody who she deemed a threat to me.

In fact, I would love to wipe out most of humanity and repopulate it with a girl like her. We would provide the world with the perfect genes. We would create a new race of super warrior humans.

That is one of my darker fantasies haha

one of my ex-friends had the world's biggest crush on Loki,
she spent thousands of dollars of expensive Loki collectibles and kept them all in glass containers to protect them from her cats
she would get into fights with people who said they liked Loki because she was convinced she liked him the most
she would talk about nothing NOTHING but Loki all day and night every time you talked to her,
it got to the point where she loved Loki more than she loved her friends, her family, her cats...

I wish I was really Loki now. Maybe I would have a girlfriend and not be so lonely haha

But yeah, another crush I can think of, and one from the Marvel Universe is Scarlet Witch.

I love the powerful women with special abilities who are social outcasts because people fear them. I consider the "normies" that fear such power to be small minded idiots. If people had powers, you bet I would go after the girl who could shoot cool looking blood red energy stuff out of her fingers that everybody else fears. I would be all over that

Psycho girls with severe personality disorders certainly can be alluring, hot and very passionate in bed, buuuuuuuut tend to be, well, psycho in relationships, often leading to huge highs and lows with their partner and it's generally not healthy and feels awful to be stuck in the middle of.

It's one of those things that sounds great until you get it. Be careful what you wish for....nothing wrong with fantasizing though!
