My best friend and I agreed to be weight loss buddies...YAY! ...now what?

No matter how I variate my question on google, I get the same results..."Find a Weight Loss Buddy!" "Benefits of a Weight Loss Buddy!" "Try This Diet Plan!" "Use Our Mobile App Called Workout Buddy!"

But...okay, where are the suggestions on what to do with a weight loss buddy?

I have composition journals in hand with no clue what to do with them. Obviously, we have different weight loss goals and ideas on how to carry them out...so where do we begin to go through weight loss together and how do we formulate a plan to follow through with our goals?

If you have ideas or have better ways to google it...any suggestions are welcome!

weight loss buddies can be anything? ask her what she wants to do. Some buddies, just help motivate the other to exercise, some offer support and opinions on their meal plans, some are on the same kind of diet and struggle with the confines of it and need support. Its whatever u need to help you be accountable!!
Thanks for this!

Oh, I’ve got some. I don’t know how she did this, but she set up a group on fb where we talked about sticking to it through so many events and holidays.

Before that, we had a weigh-in thread on a forum (that’s how we met), and I followed her weight loss journal. I didn’t keep a journal, but I ran a thread on a diet I was following, and we shared information. We posted a lot of links to Paleo diet blogs and talked about it.

We posted progress pictures too, in the weigh in thread.

It is fun to have accountability partners.
