so yesterday at work my friend & i were on break & he was messing around with me because i did something wrong so he was shaking his head while smiling. then when i was walking over to my friend i was smiling and then the girl that works there that i kinda like touch my upper hand while looking at me & smiling?

Some people are just the touchy/feely type when they talk.It may not mean anything at all.If you are hoping it means something then for your sake I hope it does.

This means nothing. I am touchy feely and make physical gestures all the time. I would read this actually as a compliment that she feels secure enough around you to have acknowledged you in such manner. I choose to think positively about this.
