I see on coursera that there is a course just starting called 'The science of well-being'. That looks quite interesting. What courses have you done or can recommend. I've started courses in the past but apathy and lack of motivation is a problem for me and i never finished them. Local authority classes irl used to be quite cheap but they are now fewer and quite expensive unless you are on benefits. At least in the Uk . what's it like in the US.?
Thanks for this!

Yes ton is available here too.

I hate online classes but I do take some for continuing professional development/to renew certification. Pretty much the only reason I’d do them is because I have to for work. No way no how I’d be taking online classes for any other reasons. No desire whatsoever

I do sometimes take some face to face fun classes that pertain to my hobby. Those I enjoy of course

I am currently signed up for an online mental health wellness course run by my local university. I assume it is actually a case study but no matter to me if it helps and I can take something away from it.

I have been taking "Great Courses" through Audiobooks. Mostly history lectures but there are lectures and courses on just about anything. Check out Online Courses & Lectures for Home Study and Lifelong Learning

I have signed up for a few classes via Udemy

Online Courses - Learn Anything, On Your Schedule | Udemy

They are on demand and you do them when you want and I haven't done them yet. Many classes are only around $15 with some free ones as well.
