5/10, I'm not much of a cook, so I just boiled shrimp and microwaved steamed vegetables. I should have added some seasoning.

Ok that was a 10!!!! I had a thick round steak in my freezer for a couple of years because I had never cooked one & wasn't sure what I wanted to do with it. My friend had one of her grass fed cows butchered & gave me the round stead & some ground beef.

So I finally decided to go for it & I defrosted it. Braised it in my huge fry pan (several pans full of tje pieces I cut it into.)

Then I stuck it in mu slow cooker & started throwing in all the spices in my cabinet that sounded like they went together. Then instead of water I poured some marsala wine over it. A can of fire roasted tomatoes, a can of diced italian tomatoes, can of french onion soup & a can of cream of mushroom & just let ut cook.....yea, I woke up at 4am inspired to cook my dinner for that night.

Delucious flavor & tender.....i was plesantly SHOCKED at how good it tastes. I say tastes because I have enough meat for a month of dinners.....so I put it in containers & froze what I am not eating this week for dinners. Good over couliflour rice. Every once in awhile I really cook for myself....& it is good when I do.

1/10. First. I wasn’t very hungry. Second I couldn’t figure out the nutrition on the mashed potatos. It looked like a single serve container. The nutrition info said 1.5 servings and 110 calories per serving. But it also said 6 servings per pack. There were only 4 packages. So I only ate half a pacakage. But I have no idea if I ate 50 calories in potatoes or if I ate 300 calories. There were quite a few potatoes for 110 calories but not quite a lot for 700.

1/10. It was not what I wanted. I really wanted pizza and bread sticks but I am trying to eat more healthy so I resisted the urge to order it. The end result was eating something I didn’t want and then eating a bunch of other snacks.

5/5. Can never get tired of French fries. Am definitely tired of turkey after having it 3 nights in a row. Luckily it’s all gone.

10/10. I had a slice of Papa Johns pizza with a garlic knot. I had the pizza as soon as it got to my house so it was very hot. When the pizza is the best. I had never had garlic knots before, but it was good.

I was going to be healthy and have chicken done in the oven and 3 servings of baby carrots. I was too lazy and I had a slice of Screamin Silcian pizza and two Mozzerella sticks instead. So while I enjoyed it more I felt kind of guilty so I only gave it a 6/10.

I still stayed at my calorie budget for the day though.

3/10. I had leftover Outback from lunch. I had half a baked potato that was way too salty and the French onion soup was pretty good.

3/10. I had one of those linguini lean cuisines with the meatless meatballs stuffed with cheese. I ate too many of them a couple of months ago and I guess I was still tired of them. Luckily that was my last one.

6/10. I had a cup of homemade stew. The flavor was good but I’m worried about the cat so I couldn’t enjoy it too much.

5/10. I'm not that great a cook. I made chicken on my George Foreman grill and some quinoa.
