6/10. I had a cup of homemade stew. The flavor was good but I’m worried about the cat so I couldn’t enjoy it too much.

I had some tbone steak, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, cottage cheese. Not as good as I thought it would be so I'll give it a 7.

1/10. 2 bites of fish and I was done. At least I’ll be able to fit into those jeans from so much stress.

8/10. I had organic lentil soup. It was pretty good and really filling. Less then 120 calories for the whole can. And hopefully somewhat healthy.

2/10. I had lentil soup. I feel like I’ve been eating all day. I don’t know. Maybe I have but I’ve had less then 1,200 calories. But whatever. I’m not in the mood today.
