Hi all!! Well, my day started out on an alarming note as I had slept right through my alarms and woke up at the time I was supposed to be arriving at work!! I dragged myself groggily out of my tent, got dressed, and nervously rushed through my long commute. I arrived just after our program had started... But luckily this time I was only an assistant presenter. So I jumped in and began to do my thing.
Due to my abrupt awakening, I was super annoyed with people today. This is unfortunate as I have a very social job. I'm a naturalist at a big nature center and people (especially children) are always following me around.
I did set up my walkingstick insects up in a new display tank at work, so that was cool.
Then on my way home I got to talk to my love... my dearest friend, who's now in a mental health ward for self- injury. It was so good to hear his beautiful voice. He can call me every day, but only for 30 minutes. I miss him already, but I feel much more cheerful after our little chat.
So, that's my day so far!! 😁
Thanks for asking!!!

My day just started so we shall see.
My throat has been irritated for weeks from the smoky air here. I don't think anyone out here is feeling fabulous because of all the wildfires.

Nevertheless, trying to breath, be here now, and make the best of things. Close my eyes and pretend that I hear rain.

Work wasn’t as expected. I was hoping I’d be sent home early since there was seriously nothing to do. But I wasn’t. Work was decent though. I found some stuff at the grocery store I had been looking for for a long time. I had a headache but I felt better after taking 2 extra strength Tylenol’s with food. So I guess the day was like a 4/10.

It feels like a Friday. I don’t know why. I worked today as usual. I worked yesterday too. It’s confusing but the day has been fine.

There still wasn’t much to do at work. A lot of standing around and multiple people doing stuff that one or two people can handle by themselves. People were complaining. I felt fine all day.

Could be a lot better My pdoc prescribed 30 mgs of my Citalopram but the pharmacist could only give me 20. Thinking of calling my pdoc mon. and my HMO to find out WTF is going on here.

I'm having a nice day so far. My nieces and I went to see Christopher Robin this afternoon and it was a good movie so sweet and lovely. Now I'm at one of our other nieces birthday party.

I was happy with the way work went. There was work to do and I was working with the coworker I like the best. Then I found out some news I had been dreading. I went out to lunch to a restaurant I had been wanting to try since 2012. I got an awful random headache. I bought a new bed. I guess the day went pretty good. I am just really down in the dumps about this celebrity death.
