Many of you probably know this but a way to remember a name is to find an association to it. If it's a person then just think of some other person you know or an actor etc. You don't even need to know first and last names-just one is often enough to retrieve your memory.

And then if you can get into the delta brain wave state of deep sleep and program it for what you want to remember-as with intense desire, then when you are coming out of sleep you may have the object of your memory desire implanted into your conscious mind.

This happened to me when years ago I could never remember the name of this electronics company. But one time as I was waking the name popped into my mind. JDR Microdevices. I've been on a quest for years trying to replicate this process for other things like remembering some sheet music. Not much result yet even with meditation or self hypnosis.

hi.

this does actually work (remembering other things)

recently I was trying to get a certain medication name for a friend, I was trying to think of the medication Depakote

and to guide me to it I simply thought of another group I used to be on years ago

and it just clicked

yep, the member of that group always used Depakote. of course.

funny really because you try to think of it off the top of your head, you can't.

but if you try to think of it in another way, you can

it was the same with the tv series shimmer and shine

I couldn't think of the name of the show, but as soon as I thought about zaromay falls (where it show is set), I'm like oh right- shimmer and shine is set their

magic I believe
