Not quitre so bad since being prescribed some oral steroids. Not a lot, but enough to help build me up again.

I got up at 5am,I am feeling kinda refreshed,I feel ok today I am looking forward to my day,the weather is really bad though,it is very wet and windy and it is a bit cold too.
I am feeling like oh it's a brand new day and a new phase in my life,it is up to me to make the most of it. |

I did strength training today so I feel pretty good even though it’s in my head and actual results will take weeks if not months to see.
