Saturday,having a curry meal at home with my niece and then we are going to for coffee and to see the film,Crimes Of Grindenwauld in 3D,and then to Desserts for an ice creme sundae.

I am making a new life, a new beginning,after years of abuse I have cut of both my narc sister and narc mother out of my life,so I am looking forward to exploring parts of myself that I wasn't allowed to focus on before,because my time was taken up catering to my sister and mothers needs and wants.They were treating me like a slave,my sister even took the piss out of me saying to me she wanted to support ending modern slavery and did I know of any organisations she could support.Sounds ok but if you knew my sister you'd know she was saying that to taunt me cos she was abusing me and using me like
a slave.I am wise to both their tricks to suck me into being their slave and now I am looking forward to putting me first. |

This Saturday I am going to be going to the rescue where I adopted my two cats last year (one of them was the one we put to sleep a few weeks ago) I will be looking at a beautiful 6 month old long haired calico girl. I am really excited. The rescue is really willing to help me out. Last night they sent me pictures of a long haired black cat. I was originally looking for a long haired black cat last year, but they did not have any. I thought it was nice that they remembered almost a year later. I’ll be looking at both and making a decision.

A good report on my endoscopy and my mammogram. Mammo is routine. Last Dec's endo showed low grade cancerous changes in my esophegus. I pray they'll both be okay
