I get that. I had a lot of issues, so I've felt old since 23.

I’ve an old map that once belonged to Ponce de León. The Fountain of Youth is just off Florida’s...

...another heart attack!

Dang, I am 65 & I still maintain my own farm. I climb in & out of my huge truck bed tossing around bales of hay & sacks of feed. I still ride horses & that is after a reconstructed knee I blew out playing racquetball in my late 30's, a fractured hip (fall off a horse) in my mid 40's, neck fusion in my late 40's from an injury I must have gotten in college when I flew over the horses head after he bucked, & a compression fracture in my lower back from another horse incident. I get aches now & then but nothing that stops me from functioning like I need to to get work done

You tell 'im eskie. Mac seems to have talked himself into thinking and feeling old. I'm 62 and until my recent surgery probably thought i was in my 30's. Since it i know what it feels like to feel old. Less confidant, restricted movement, aches and pains etc. I've lost a bit of motivation but i'll get back to how i used to feel.
I seem to have gone from looking older in my 20's and 30's to looking younger in my 60's. At the hospital, when the nurses found out i was in my 60's ( still can't believe it) they said (blimey, we thought you were in your 40's). On the phone once recently when i said my age they said 'blimey ; i love that word; you sound about about 16 '. Haha , i don't know if that was an insult or a compliment.
Don't think old, don't act old, don't dress old, just be yourself.

Eskie, i would love to stay on your farm. I'm sure it would be an experience. I was saying to Gus that there are a few people on here who i wouldn't mind doing mutual visits with. My house isn't ready for it yet but if you fancy a trip to the uk and london one day maybe we could make it happen.

I have a hard time realizing the time has gone by so fast. And as I get older it goes by even quicker.
