So I am sorry that you all had to listen to me , and I thankyou for all your patience. I am going to start looking at the good and not so much the bad. I am tried of whinning

Sweetie,

I like your "whining" as I don't think that you are whining. I know that you have chronic pain. I do to and did have Fibromyalgia (severely) for over 4 yrs. Even though that part of my life is over, I have new issues causing chronic pain.

I know that it is very difficult to see the bright side when in pain. In addition, many people can not relate as they have never experienced it. I worked hard at seeing the bright side but sometimes just couldn't do it.

So, if you are upset or frustrated, get it off your chest. You have enough stress and anxiety in your life to keep everything in. Let it out.

Be Blessed

bpd, if there's any place in the world where it's ok to get things off your chest, it seems to be here. We are here to help each other so if things aren't ok, write about that. One of the great things about the friends I've been making here is that I don't have to put the happy mask on for them. I'm allowed to have a lot of different moods and yes, even to whine now and again.

Whine away. We'll still be here listening.

Well I don't think that's ALL you've been doing, as you were an amazing support of me in chat the other night when I was feeling panicky. Thank you for that. You may resume whining now. :-)
